Rental Duration
The space is available for daily rentals. The rental period begins at the agreed-upon start time and ends at the agreed-upon end time.
Payment
Payment is due in full to confirm your booking. Payment is collected securely online at checkout. Your selected slot is held briefly while you complete payment, and is released if payment is not completed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund.
Studio Use
The space is to be used for the agreed upon purpose only. No illegal activities are allowed on the premises. The space must be left in the same condition it was found, and the lessee takes full responsibility for any damages occasioned by their negligence.
Liability
The lessee assumes all liability for any injuries or damages incurred by themselves or their guests while on the premises. The company will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Team size / Assistance
There is a limit to the number of persons allowed in our space per booking (maximum of 6 people at a time including the photographer or videographer). Our team members will be available to attend to you whilst your session is on.
